Well I'll start with my back update... Still hurts especially when I sit for any length of time. I'll make a MD appointment for next Friday since I'll have worked my half days by then and I'll know how it goes.
And as you can guess there is not much going on since it still hurts. I'm going to have to ask the MD to refill my medications since I'm almost out.
