Airline Love..... NOT!!!!

Nothing like stupidity to make your day.. Today I got to send another lovely email to United Airlines proving to them, YES we were supposed to be on the flight YOU cancelled us on. YES Expedia still had us on that flight. NO it wasn't MY fault NOR Expedia's fault YOU cancelled my reservations. Yes I have bent over backwards for the past almost 2 months proving to you we had reservations and YES I freaking want my pay that YOUR company made me lose because YOU cancelled our reservations and YES I want all my airline fee's REIMBURSED since YOU have screwed with my family for over 2 months now.

I didn't have this much trouble when we had issues with Southwest 2 years ago, my goodness SW sent us 4-$100 dollar vouchers and it wasn't even that much of a big deal compared to United's screw up. Makes me know I"ll NEVER, EVER, EVER fly United again unless I have FREE airline vouchers and then I'll use them up and Never, ever fly United again..

Alaska, who screwed up also has already sent us 3-$100 vouchers.. Wonder why United is so bloody stupid and has such a very, very, very POOR customer service department..
