It was sunny and cold here yesterday and it's supposed to be that way for the next week! Whoooot :-) I will be taking DH to the airport on Saturday and doing some shopping with my sister also that day.
We got paid today and I'm happy to report we have some money left over :-) Our goals are getting done slowly but surely.
DH father was put on hospice and it not expected to live until the end of the year, which means DS and I will have to go to Texas also sometime in that time frame but right now we are just sending DH and we will wait.
I'll be missing a full day and a half of work as I got to leave early one day and was off the next.. I know we'll miss the money but right now I just needed time off since we have a boatload of stress in our home due to outside issues.
I'll be doing major house cleaning while DH is gone and honestly I can't wait to get started and I know it will stay clean since every time he leaves it's just DS and myself and we are less messy, "that's okay though I still love him!"

Goals for 2014
We have a few goals for 2014 we are hoping to finish off, although I'm not sure what will happen since DH father is so ill right now and we'll have to go to Texas eventually, DH is going this weekend to be with his dad.
I'm starting our list now and hope to get it up and posted so we have something concrete to follow.
Right now we are 300.00 away from our fully funded sinking funds account and already have our $1,000.00 BEF.
We won't be doing much since the weather here is horrible in our state, although we have had pretty decent weather lately.

Soccer, Sun and day off
Yesterday we went to the Seattle Sounders Playoff game and they lost 2-1 although they played like poop, they also got shafted a few times by the referee. They play again on Thursday and although I have the day off DH doesn't so I doubt we'll go.
Which, is a good thing since Thursday is a very busy day at our house anyway, we have school conferences, a doctor appointment and DH works that night.
I have been putting together my large fall to-do list and the weather as usual is rain/sun/rain/sun pretty much throughout the days it does make it harder to plan stuff.
DH has the next 4 days off and I'm hoping he will take down the Halloween stuff soon, since the front room is still filled with stuff.
I have to make some store runs today and still try to get some housework done before I head back to work tomorrow.
Ahh November rainy season starts on Tuesday it looks like and most likely we won't have much Sunshine again until January, and then it will be cold and clear.
